We all know that feeling when you wake up and don't want to face the day. Urggh.
When you're working in a fast-paced and highly responsible job, it's important you recharge and look after your mental health -and often just knowing you can take the pressure off is half the battle.
We think an unscheduled day in bed can work wonders for wellbeing - no questions asked, no guilt trips, no pressure.
At PO'Sh everyone gets an annual duvet day they can cash in without prior notice, it's just there waiting for you whenever you need it...and we’ll simply say ‘no worries mate, see you tomorrow’.
