So, what are we looking for?

Are you a creative thinker? Someone with clever ideas? Are you a master at creating digital marketing plans AND strategy with purpose and flair?

We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to take the lead and manage their own projects, write imaginative and purposeful content with ease and engage audiences through intelligent strategy,. 

• You'll be experienced in creating and managing digital campaigns across multi-media channels including, but not limited to:

 - Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter - paid for and organic

 - Google advertising – both search and display

You'll:

• Have in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and related products, to successfully report on your campaigns and website data - providing key insights for clients

• Have an excellent understanding of the role that branding, content, copywriting, SEO, email marketing, and PR plays,  as part of a comprehensive digital strategy.

• Have a creative mind and enjoy putting together creative campaigns

• Feel comfortable working to multiple, sometimes demanding, deadlines 

• Be responsible for working with the design team to deliver eye catching creative for online campaigns. 

• Work directly with clients to take briefs and present concepts - supporting the project management process from start to finish for your campaigns.

Personality?

Being an excellent collaborator is a must. A good sense of humour is recommended and a strong work ethic is expected.

This is an office-based full time role in *Leamington Spa, working from our studio under the railway arches. 

Can discuss a 3/2 split, working from home 2 days a week if preferred. 

You will work as part of our wider creative team and report to the Marketing Director. We like to think of our team as a family, each of us always having someone to lean on, whilst always ourselves being someone that can be relied upon.
